Notes:

To refill the eraser, twist the eraser knob clockwise until the eraser is fully extended, pull the old eraser out, insert the new eraser, and twist the knob counterclockwise until the eraser is fully retracted.

To refill the lead, pull the eraser knob to remove the eraser unit and expose the lead storage tube inside the barrel.
